Frequently Asked Question

We have our own engineer and service team for your question on our products, and any questions when you are using our products.

What is EV Charger?

An EV charger is a device that supplies electrical power for recharging plug-in electric vehicles. It pulls an electrical current from either a 240v outlet or the grid it’s hardwired to and delivers that electricity to the vehicles. EV chargers come in two primary types: AC charging stations and DC charging stations.

How Does EV Charger Work??

At its most basic, an EV charger pulls an electrical current from either a 240v outlet or the grid it’s hardwired to and delivers that electricity to the vehicle, just like any other appliance or device you charge by plugging into the wall.

Where Should I Have My Charger Installed?

Before you have your 220V or 380V outlet or EVSE installed, make sure you determine where it should be located. The best spot is usually inside a garage, but be sure to consider how you park your car when you get home.

What is an EV charging plug?

An EV charging plug is the connector that you insert into the charging socket of an electric vehicle, which is connected to the charging cable.
